Here at Celtic Fish and Chips, we pride ourselves on using only the freshest Icelandic MSC fish.
Our beer batter gives a light, non greasy crispy coating to the fish which will have you coming back for more over and over again.
The chips are double fried in beef fat to give that irresistible flavour known from our neighbours in Belgium.
But if you are looking to have crispy chips, you better ask because we are eating chips like they should be eaten with fish and chips…. not so crispy… and smothered in the famous SARSONS MALT VINEGAR.
This is a special vinegar which leaves an amazing tingle on your tongue, and NO it is not for cleaning the house type vinegar.
